This project provided yet another opportunity to work with a client to enhance an existing motor court with a new structure for a small camper. CJP Architects’ various designs create an active motor court with various landscape features.
An integral part of the project was to sell a portion of land to a neighbor for the purpose of a larger garage for the neighbor as well as to put into the neighbor’s care a 200 year old oak tree. Ultimately the owner determined that another garage on their property was not necessary and the project ultimately became the Kolkmeier Residence – Fence project.
